I put in a quote for service through Home Advisor, and selected Affordable American Air for a quote and within a half hour Michael gave me a call offering to come out to my house that same night even though the call was after work hours. Michael was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and timely in his service. He was phenomenal in not only diagnosing the issue, but also explaining everything to me along the way. Michael also offered additional feedback on my unit as a whole and explained some options I could have moving forward for future service but was not pushy whatsoever in his suggestions. I would whole-heartedly recommend Affordable American Air for anyone needing service on their heating and cooling systems as they were incredibly prompt in their response to my quote request, extremely professional and courteous while at my house, and very knowledgeable in sharing their expertise with me.Less

We had called for service as our 2nd story in our house was very warm and we were not sure what the issue was. Ryan came out and was able to quickly figure out that it was actually our attic fan that had stopped working which was why it was so hot. He gave us a quote on the spot and we were honestly amazed at how affordable the repair was going to be - not to mention, he had all of the items in the truck to fix the issue right away. We really appreciated the fact that he could fix our existing attic fan and didnt try to upsell us on buying a brand new one. The professionalism, the speed, and the affordability of this company will be why we will call them again for any future HVAC needs!

When our heat went out late, Nick answered right away, came by and fixed our heat before we went to sleep.

Mike was awesome! He came out on a Sunday in a snow storm because our heat wasnt working properly. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue in no time. All around great job!
