- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. All "New-Clintele", must request, complete, & return the "New-Client" form to Moulton's Inc., & Then a standard pricing guide sheet will be sent to each the "New-Client".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
@: Moulton's Inc., Our typical process for working w/ "New-Clientele", is quite simple. It can be done in 1-3, easy to use steps: 1st. Step: "New-Client's", must make a request (Via: Moulton's Inc. Email address), for a "New-Client" form. 2nd. Once all required fields on the "New-Client" form have been completed, the form can then be returned to: Moulton's Inc.'s email address) The form *MUST* contain a/an authorizing signature from "New-Client". 3rd. This form may also be completed over any touch-tone telephone w/ the assistance of a "New-Client" Sales-Rep. of Moulton's Inc., @: [Listed #]. Our office hours are; Mon.-Sat./8am-8pm, CST.
