I have over 30 yrs of experience in the new construction and remodeling industry. What makes me good at what I do is not only my ability to provide great workmanship but also I listen well to my customers and communicate with them throughout the entire construction project. I've learned through the years that it takes more than just being skilled, it requires the ability to listen and understand the customers needs. It requires the ability to communicate effectively with customers during the entire process. I also enjoy looking at the finished product and seeing jow happy and satisfied the customers are.

Robert is very professional in all aspects. We hired him for two jobs. The first job was him doing an epoxy flooring which turned out great, the second job he built a bathroom in our basement which was amazingly great. We definitely will hire him for all other projects in the future.

Robert completed an extensive interior and exterior remodeling job, which included siding, windows, fence, deck, sidewalk, interior walls and doors. He also rebuilt our fire place from brick to marble. Excellent workmanship and very reliable.

Everything about my experience with Mindset was amazing. When I contacted Robert and discussed my plans, he came out, did the measurements and came back a couple of days later to present the quote. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, after meeting with them, I'm interested in understanding what their end goal is, in other words are they looking for more room, update or simply making things more functional. After listening to them I will always suggest my professional opinion, but ultimately I will estimate what the customer decides.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've received hands on training since I started about 30yrs ago.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed working with my hands so when I had the opportunity to start working with a successful contractor I jumped at it, and here we are approx 30yrs later.
