Anna, Tony and the crew at Level Construction built a new 2nd floor addition, up and out, and did a full gut rehab of a house we recently purchased in Hinsdale, Illinois. We are very satisfied with the custom quality work they did. The detail of the finish cosmetic work is outstanding. They guided us through a very detailed plan, from the beginning phase of getting the architectural plans, to the completion of the entire project. Everything went smoothly & everything was completed on time and, above all, on budget. Tony was very responsive and went out of his way to answer all our questions and is very knowledgeable with all Structural Building Codes. They run a very smooth and professional operation and all their employees and sub contractors are excellent to work with. I received 8 bids for our project and Level Construction were the most affordable by far. Very reasonably priced.
I will most definitely highly recommend them over any other builder or contractor in the Chicagoland area.....by far.
