Chris was amazing. Corrected the adhoc repairs previously done, fixed the leak, installed new pipes and set up for future dishwasher installation. Would totally call on again.

I received very prompt response once I posted about my project to change the water shut off valves in kitchen under sink area. Chicago Sewer Experts sent a technician Mike over for a free quote right away (the next day). After confirmed about the quote, I was able to schedule a time that works best for me. They sent Mike and Ed over. Initially I was surprised to see two technician, and joked about if I will be double charged. Then I was told for the safety reason, all teams were sent out as a pair and I was charged by the quote amount. They were very friendly and were able to get the job done quickly. The only area for improvement is for credit card charge, there's a 4% service fee. I would use them again in the future.

I was quoted a price of $350 dollars to replace the hot and cold water cartridges for my leaky bathtub faucet.
I was also charged for the cartridges which I was told were 25 a piece??? - I have to check around to see if the cartridges should have been my cost or if the $350 should have covered everything
Overall cost for me was $400
