Chicago Sewer Experts dispatched someone immediately to my home. Jesus and his son arrived and were extremely professional. The job ended up being much bigger than expected and they went above and beyond to make sure my plumbing, which was damaged by a previous plumber, was repaired at the cost they originally quoted me. They even ran to the store to get me a new tub spout as the original one was damaged and referred a tile guy who was also high quality at a reasonable price. I've already told my neighbors to save this company's number in their phones!

They contacted me with apologies, sent a very professional and nice guy out to repair within twenty minutes of communication. Tommy was excellent! We had such a great experience with this company and the crew that came out to help with our problem. The gentlemen were punctual, professional, and extremely kind. My husband and I are expecting the birth of our child anyday now and we were worried about how long the repair would take and found ourselves stressed until we found Chicago Sewer Experts. They understood the urgency of our situation and came out right away to provide the estimate and did everything they could to accommodate our needs to get the repair done. Within 24hrs. the job was completed with high quality work and the stress of having this repair done was gone. We could not be more happy and grateful with this company and the crew that came out!!
