Excellent customer service. He was available on short notice and was flexible with scheduling. I had several pieces of furniture that needed to be assembled and was very reasonable with his quote. He showed up on time and immediately got to work. He did a fantastic job. I would definitely use Drew Does It! again and I highly recommend him!

Quick, efficient, and respectful young man. It was much easier than going through a junk removal company.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working at a mattress factory when I was 16 years old doing deliveries and manufacturing box springs. I then became employed by All My Sons Moving and Storage as a professional mover. Through both of these jobs, I learned lots of hands on skills that I now use on a daily basis working through Thumbtack.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

For moving: -how many boxes do I have? -what furniture do I have? -how many rooms do I have? -do I have any time restrictions? -are all of my belongings packed? Or do I need assistance packing? -can I disassemble/reassemble my own furniture? Or do I require professional assistance? For junk removal: -do I have normal trash? Or do I have specialty items (i.e. appliances or large furniture)? -what size truck do I think would be able to accommodate my junk in one trip? -TAKING PHOTOS ALLOWS FOR THE MOST ACCURATE ESTIMATE For furniture assembly/handyman work: -do I have instructions? -do I have the necessary tools and hardware? Or do I need them provided? -does the task at hand require special licensing?
