I have attended two events now catered by Simple Elegance and have been blown away at both! Amazing and unique dishes. One was a fall wedding that included a soup bar, differnt flavored of homemade Mac and cheese's and delicious fresh salad! So unique and amazingly good! Everyone was raving about the food! - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We follow the food trends very closely, stay up on our certifications, and attend shows and seminars which benefit our profession.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Both Melissa and I were born and raised in the hospitality industry. When we found each other we knew this was something we would enjoy doing together.
- What types of customers have you worked with?In-home personal chef services where we cook for the clients and serve their guests. We also do all the menu design and clean-up afterwords.
