Responded promptly, needed someone right away. When he knew he was going to be a little late, he called when he knew, not 5 minutes before I was expecting him. He explained the problem in easy-to-understand terms, and let me know precisely where the problem was. Which is what I wanted, an expert opinion.

I had a rental property that needed some wiring work and sockets installed immediately so we could get an occupancy permit. Tim responded to my post within an hour and was there that evening to fix everything. He was a super cool guy and great integrity and did very professional work.
