Could not be happier with the work I had done. All new aluminum soffit, fascia, and gutters to replace deteriorating wood trim and very old gutters. Dave Jr. told me right off the bat that I could get it painted for cheaper. I appreciated his candor. But I didn't want to be bothered with it again in another five years. Jordan did a great job with the scheduling and other communication. When a tricky area they replaced didn't quite look as good as it should, Dave Sr. personally made it right. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about NextWave! We recently purchased our home and realized that we were in serious need of new windows! We contacted a few companies to get a feel for their product and service. The first one quoted us $60,000, told us the windows that had been replaced by the prior owner were awful, and tried to strong arm us into going with them. The second company quoted us a lot cheaper but did not provide any financing, any discounts, and no interest free. Plus they didnt really seem to care if they got our business or not. Fast forward to NextWave. We reached out and had an appointment scheduled with Dave (the son). EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGABLE! He brought actual samples of windows, showed us which his windows were the windows to go with, and walked around the entire house giving us ideas - such as making my office window a huge picture window! He also provided us with a quote on the spot (actually more affordable than the other 2 quotes we got and for better quality windows) and took the time to explain his promotions, his financing, and the interest free financing promo. We signed up the next day. From there, the communication was top notch. We received calls indicating that Dave (dad) and Roman would be out to measure. They even helped us understand if wed need wood replacement or issues such as that. They said they would place the order for windows. Every step of the way it was handled. Trish handled permits and HOA approval. Jordan got us scheduled EARLIER than promised to have the windowsinstalled. And they coordinated drop off of the product. Which leads me to insulation. Roman and his team are incredible. I cannot say enough about these 3 men. They were working in 100 degree days, morning until night. The installation was flawless. Everything is perfect. They are truly perfectionists. Im truly not sure why anyone would go with a different company. Give Dave a call and get an estimate. And if you want to be wowed by quality workmanship, ask for Roman to do your installation! We will be calling them in the near future for new doors!

We found NextWave after asking for recommendations through our neighborhood FaceBook group. They were recommend by four other people and were specifically mentioned as being fair, honest, reliable, and a family owned business, which were all perks for me. We first met with Dave Jr who came to our house and talked us through all our options. I never felt like I was being "sold" on anything. It is clear that he knows windows and everything felt fair. It was also very clear what next steps would be after we signed our contract. Measurements were taken by Dave Sr (owner of the company) and then we waited a few weeks for the windows to be produced.When our windows were ready for installation, we received a call about a week before asking us for which day would work best for the install. So we had some flexibility to choose and I appreciated this as I had to make accommodations for our dogs.On the day of installation, their installation crew, led by Roman, was fantastic. They took their time and were highly detail-oriented while also being an efficient. We were originally told to plan for a day and a half installation since we had 8 windows and 2 doors done. But, after one very long day, everything was done in that single day. At the end, Roman came through for a walk through and to make sure everything looked great. He found one spot he wasn't 100% pleased with so he fixed it and ensured everything was great before leaving.Later we received a call from Dave Sr, letting us know that he'd be in the following day to complete a final walkthrough inspection of the window/door installation. I just love all the follow-up and then check-ins to make sure that we satisfied.Finally, we also heard from Dave Jr who called to make sure that the service was great and to ask for feedback on anything that we were unhappy with or that needed to be improved.I was so pleased with NextWave that I recommended them to another friend (even before our installation took place) and even they signed with them. I just can't speak enough of how great it is to work with a family owned business that truly does rely on word-of-mouth referrals to gain business.I've attached a few before/after photos so you can see the difference (the old doors/windows are brown and the new ones are white, except for the window that we opted to paint white ourselves).

Dave and his crew are amazing! This company goes above and beyond and is truly a family owned company. My father sought them out and hired them because of their hands on and honest nature. When my dad passed away prior to construction Dave and his company reach out to us to continue the project just as he envisioned. They made sure to get the job completed quickly and did an AMAZING job. Dave I wish ever business was as amazing to their customers as you guys are. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs honest work completed by people that actually care about their costumers. We offer our low price guarantee. We can match or beat any quote by a licensed and insured company offering comparable products with a comparable warranty.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is streamlined and simple! Our initial visit will comprise of the design consultation and putting together the estimate. After the initial consultation, we then send a field supervisor out to conduct a final measure. After the final measure, we then order all materials. After the materials arrive, we then schedule our mess free installation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our field techs have not only been trained by Nextwave, but also trained by all of our manufactures to insure the customer receives a complete no-draft and mess free installation that is warrantied for life!
