Bill has completed many jobs for us. The main ones included him adding a 450 square foot addition/remodel to our over 50 year old house, updated our worn-out hard wood floors, replaced our roof, created a barbeque patio and added the most beautiful wrap-around deck in our backyard. Our addition/remodel lasted about 3 months and included a complete renovation to our kitchen (making it bigger and extremely updating it), taking a bedroom and turning it into an eating/dining area with breakfast bar and creating the largest master bedroom (with cathedral ceiling) with an on-suite (Jacuzzi included). Our master bedroom and on-suite is my island getaway! Bill is completely trustworthy and competent in his abilities. His creative suggestions are innovative ideas and extremely useful. Unfortunately he made one suggestion to us that we didn't prefer but now, I wish we would have listened because I could really use a door (instead of a window that we insisted on) where he suggested. He and his crew are hard workers. He treats your construction needs like he is performing them on his own property. I highly recommend BILMAR Construction.

Bill is very timely and organized. He completed all the work himself; plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Very helpful with ideas and suggestions. Made the remodeling experience a non-stressful one.

Bill has done so much work for me over the last 14 years including a sunroom addition, a complete interior remodeling of our lake house, new roofs, windows, flooring and bath remodeling. He is honest, trustworthy and does a great job at a great price. He is also a nice guy-use him, you'll be happy you did.
