- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually talk with the customer on the phone to go over all the details at least 2 days before the event. If the party is booked more than 30 days in advance I require a deposit to secure the date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am B.A.S.S.E.T.T. certified (Beverage Alcohol Sellers and Servers Education and Training) and I have over four years of experience. I've worked in bars, restaurants, and catering companies. I also have experience doing private events like weddings, cocktail parties, fundraisers, holiday parties, etc.
