Hired Erica for a staff holiday party and she was great. Her price was reasonable, she showed up on time, brought her own barren sing kit, made friendly conversation and poured great drinks. She said she was comfortable serving a party of 75 on her own, but I thought we needed another bartender just to be on the safe side - lo and behold her sister is also a certified bartender and the two of them were a great tag team. We will definitely be asking them back for future staff parties.

Erica was fantastic. We hired her for my son's thirtieth birthday party. She was very professional from our first communications all the way to the end of our celebration. Erica has a fun and outgoing personality, and she was well-organizedi with her bar setup. We had at least 100 people if not more. I asked Erica if she could thought we needed a back up for her as our event was eight ours. She was able to bring in another bartender in several ours into our celebration he was great as well..Thanks to Erica our event was awesome and our guests thought she was great as well.😀👏. Erica and her friend bartended our Halloween party and they were fantastic! She was great with communication, punctual, and kept the bar neat and organized. Her friend even ran out and grabbed more ice when we needed it. I would highly recommend her and plan to use her for our events in the future!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually talk with the customer on the phone to go over all the details at least 2 days before the event. If the party is booked more than 30 days in advance I require a deposit to secure the date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am B.A.S.S.E.T.T. certified (Beverage Alcohol Sellers and Servers Education and Training) and I have over four years of experience. I've worked in bars, restaurants, and catering companies. I also have experience doing private events like weddings, cocktail parties, fundraisers, holiday parties, etc.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many different people from businessmen/women, young adults, to older adults I'm very versatile I cater to all
