Felix was prompt, professional, and patient — he’s stuck with me! I had three other electricians look at the issue, but Felix is the one who actually found the problem. He went into my attic, located the fried wire, and replaced the damaged wiring quickly and safely. His professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding.
