Mr. Harris has been my son's trumpet teacher since he was about in 5th grade. If you just base this rating merely on results, my son is currently the first chair trumpet as a sophomore in a very competitive high school band program. But Mr. Harris is really a complete teacher -- he has worked well with my son, laying an excellent foundation in fundamentals (but not just for trumpet, but for overall musicianship -- Mr. Harris helped lay a foundation that has helped Frank learn to be an accomplished self taught guitar player), but has helped teach my son to integrate music into his life and be a better person. My son and Mr. Harris get along very well, and Mr. Harris seems to know how to bring out the best in a student. Mr. Harris has a laid back, straightforward approach that works well. He also inspires excellence. Mr. Harris is "cool" (very important when dealing with junior high boys), and can teach both classical and jazz skills. He is a man of integrity -- dependable, honest, and willing to be flexible. I give Mr. Harris my highest recommendation.

I am so grateful to have found Mr.Harris, my 9 year old son really enjoys working with him and say he learns a lot by the way that he teach. Not only will he travel to you but try to work around your schedule to make it very convenient for you.

What types of customers have you worked with?
I provide the following services to my clients: Instrumental lessons on piano, trumpet, saxophone, flute, beginning drumming, bass guitar, and piano. I also provide voice lessons in the one on one and group settings. I teach church praise teams and choirs techniques on blending, projection, breathing, and warming up technique. I also provide aural and music theory training for those who wish to catapult their musicanship to the next level. My students range for Preschoolers to Senior citizens.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice to potential customers would be to eliminate the commute factor from choosing an instructor. I provide focused, honest, and motivating instruction that can be attested by all those who work with me!
