Nate and Kyle were able to get started on our wet basement in a very timely manner after overnight rain. They are professional and clearly know what they are doing. I appreciate their efforts to make sure our basement is dry and free of mold. Highly recommend this company!

I had a friend who lost her husband and then her water heater broke and flooded in the house. I contacted Rachel at your company and then I gave the number to my friend. My friend called and within just about an hour after she called the team at RCC was on site and they cleaned her up that very day. She was so distraught because of all the things that had happened. This lifted her spirits and she is was extremely grateful for the great service. I am so glad that I contacted your company and spoke to Rachel and that they were able to help her in her time of need. Thank you and what a great job you do God bless.

I had damage done to my garage structure so I called RCCR and the moment Rachel (Weezy) answered the phone it has been nothing but a wonderful experience! She was quick to get me in touch with Dereck to come out for a quote, Dereck came out so quickly and gave me a complete walk through of what needed to be done and explained everything to me and gave me a timeframe that they completely followed through with. The guys that came out to fix my garage were always kind and respectful and completely professional. Everyone I dealt with was so quick to respond and kept me updated through the whole process. Rachel sent me text and email updates and I am so thankful for that! I hope to not need structure repair again but if I do I know I will be safe in RCCRs hands again and I fully recommend them to anyone! Thank you to Rachel and Dereck and the whole RCCR team! My garage looks amazing!

The workers showed up the time they promised. They worked diligently to complete the clean-up and restoration in one day, when two days were initially estimated. They were very thoughtful of our time and made sure all access points were covered and cleaned when the job was completed.
