Seon was wonderful. He was very honest, professional, punctual, and thorough. Our refrigerator was 13 years old and unfortunately wasn't worth the cost of fixing. Seon is extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly and accurately and explained how he did that. Most repair people would not take the time to help you understand what they did and how they came up with the diagnosis and we appreciated that a lot. He even shared his expertise and experiences on possible replacement models. We would recommend him for any repairs you need.
