- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always ask questions to find what best suites your needs. Everyone's budget is different so I try to be as accommodating as possible, I offer a la carte items and discounted Collections to allow you to get more for less.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to communicate through phone or email to determine your needs first. Once we find that we are a good match, I typically will send a quote and we'll schedule a session within a reasonable time frame.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in digital photography from Harrington College. I also have 7 years experience in portrait photography. I am also a certified dog trainer who loves working with dogs and pets.
