Look here man, this guy is the TRUTH!! Attentive and professional every step of the way. I was late and he even started before i got there. Showed me everything and answered every question that i had. The turnaround time surprised me, he got me my report the same day and it was lengthy and explained everything that he saw wrong. Inspector was annoyingly detailed. Calvin pointed out things we did not know was part of a standard inspection. His knowledge of all the systems, ie electrical, plumbing and structure is on point. The best investment I’ve made in becoming a homeowner.
