Shana was absolutely incredible. Everything from getting to know us, helping support us throughout the process, and ensuring the day was executed PERFECTLY without any hesitation. A week before our wedding, our wedding officiant shared with us that he double booked himself and could not provide services to us. Originally we had booked him before booking Shana (or else we would have hired her for both officiant and coordination services). When we found out he was not going to be able to do it, we were pretty panicked (and frustrated) but realized that Shana also officiated weddings! We gave her a call and she was more than willing to help us out! Our ceremony was beautiful, and Shana got to know us before so that she could write a thoughtful and meaningful script for the ceremony. A few months before our wedding, Shana also met us at the venue to ensure she had an in person vision of what she would be working with and what our expectations were. She was very diligent in taking notes and asking thoughtful questions so that the day could be executed perfectly. Our reception was BEAUTIFUL. Everything a bride could imagine and more. We walked in and were so extremely stunned! Shana made sure to communicate any concerns with us the day of, and worked with our wedding venue coordinator to execute everything seamlessly. She stayed around and monitored things, spoke to our vendors, connected with the DJ when the music wasn't what we asked for, honestly, we did not have to manage a thing. Having a coordinator like Shana is one of the best things we ever did, and we are forever thankful to her for making our day just as perfect as we envisioned it. After the reception was over, Shana cleaned up the room, organized all of our things, and took our marriage certificate to be signed. Everything was exactly where we needed it to be. We are truly so grateful. If you are looking for a coordinator, do yourself a favor and HIRE HER, I promise you, you will not be disappointed!!!!! Thank you Shana for making our wedding dreams come true!!!!
