Lyssi is very intuitively knowledgeable and has studied the science of working out and it shows! She is very focused on proper form and making sure you achieve the goals you set out for. I have made substantial strides in my fitness by working out with Lyssi and learned a lot about how important form is. She pushes you and makes sure you don’t slack. I’ve been able to have a dedicated routine working with Lyssi!!! And that’s a big deal for me.
