Introduction: Harris Group Properties is a real estate investment and management firm. The firm will orchestrate background checks, move-ins, rent collection, move-outs, evictions, repair evaluation and consultation, and overall property management services. Currently, we manage assets only in the south suburbs of Chicago. The firm will manage apartment buildings, single-family homes, and commercial properties. The firm's management fee is 12% of the monthly lease plus any incurred expenses. Our goal is to give our customers peace of mind and consistent returns on their assets.
