Not only did I get exactly what I wanted but Crystal was also very punctual, quick to decorate, and very cooperative. My guests had a great time at my baby's party and the balloon arch was the perfect background to take pictures.

At the last minute, I decided I wanted something special for my son’s baptism. I reached out to Crystal and explained to her my situation. She was so professional! She even took special care to make sure none of the balloons had latex because of a family member’s allergy. Overall, I am so impressed with her craftsmanship. I WILL be using her services again in the future!

Amazing! The display was absolutely awesome. We had a work Event with Board members; Investors and lot of people we wanted to impress, and Chicago's Creative Collaboration helped to do just that! the Balloon Displays were a huge hit. It brightened up the space and made a great backdrop for those who gave speeches on the stage! They were punctual, great value and the customer service and professionalism were unmatched. I am so glad I found them and cannot wait to use them in future events.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideas are shared, if we decide that this is a match, then mockup is drawn up with a deposit. Once mockup is agreed upon we co ntinue to final payments and day of setup.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started as a hobby and then turned into a business that I love.
