Our water heater cracked and Mr. Rooter had a team here within just a couple hours. Kyle and Andrew were curtious and friendly. They diagnosed the issue, installed the new water heater, and removed the old one all within a couple hours!

I had an absolutely disastrous septic overflow at my house. Nathan came to the house and was extremely thorough and correctly identified the hard to find issue with my drainage line. Within one day he figured out the problem and had a team of guys dig and replace the drainage pipe. He also was good at speaking to the insurance company adjuster and communicating exactly what the problem was and how it was to be remedied. He was fair during the entire process and the job was done quickly and thoroughly. I would trust this company if disaster ever struck again.
