Overcharged my 82 yr old mom to replace two wax rings and one valve on two toilets $500 For 2.5 hrs work. Then discussed with her the possibility of her septic being full and went out and looked at it without telling her there was a charge to look at it and charged her another $99...never again. Total crooks!
