I gave Richard a call to come out and fix our company computers which was VERY messed up from a Quick Books update. When I called him he came out that day within 3 hours. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My current prices are $50/hr for residential service, and $70 for commercial. There is 1/2 hour minimum per service call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When meeting a new customer, I first like to get to know how their computers are used on a daily basis. This always helps me to more quickly troubleshoot or make recommendations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have worked in some form of IT for 30 years, everything from tech support to consultant and all points between. Back in the 80's, I earned Novell CNA and MCP certifications.
