- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, but amount of piano's being tuned, work being done on the piano, working with budgets all will reflect the total cost of tuning and repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask what type of piano they have, Ask the name of the piano. When was it last tuned. Is everything working properly (sticking keys, broken hammer ect) How's the regulation on the piano? Set up a time and date for the tuning. Standard fee for tuning the piano will be given.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the North Shore Piano Tuner's Guild, Seminar's, National Convention's, dvd instructional tapes, technical bulletins, all help educate in learning the wonderful art of tuning a piano.
