FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a high quality product at a fair price. We offer an all in one price that includes materials, installation, tax and a lifetime limited warranty.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) We arrange a complimentary in home consultation
2) We determine storage needs, go over potential layout and material specifications
3) We draw up CAD rendering of space for approval
4) We install the storage solutions
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Designers are ACSP certified. Our installers have an in house apprentice program that they go through once hired. They don't go out in the field alone until they have completed this.
