Hi, I am Wayne. I general contracted my own home 30 years ago. I did a majority of work my self. Since then I have done home remodels, bathroom updates, exterior home repair. This includes widening a closet for washer and dryer, opening a walkway from living room to kitchen. Installation of new LED can lights in kitchens, living rooms, closets. I can replace or install light switches and receptacles. Hang new drywall, patch holes in old drywall, remove old wall paper, and paint. I have repaired and replaced toilets and sinks. I have mounted TV's, shelves and pictures. You name it, I can most likely do it. I converted and old drum into an end table, and a Baritone Horn into a lamp. I have built retaining walls and fences. I am trustworthy, honest, fair. I treat every job as if it was done on my own home.

His knowledge of all types of repair work is extensive. He has done plumbing , electrical, deck repair and yard work for us. I have no complaints on any of his work. He discusses what's needed before the job so there are no surprises. If something out of the ordinary pops up in a job he does his best to complete the job at the most economical cost. He goes above and beyond on all his work. His goal is to get the job done in the most efficient time and at the least possible cost to the client and in my opinion he succeeds.

I am fair and honest, this is a vague question, so very difficult to answer as every job is different. I feel that I have to put my eyes on the project in order to evaluate correctly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once Thumbtack notifies me of a new job, I will call you, if no answer I will leave a VM. I will then follow up with a text message.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been building, renovating, repairing and installing for over 30 years. I have experience and am capable of almost any task.
