We are 100 percent pleased with every aspect of Manuels work. He was dedicated to planning and finishing our 2 decks: one around our pool and one stand alone. He was creative and diligent in his work. I would highly recommend to anyone and you may contact me personally for references and photos.

I cannot say enough great words about Manual and the work he does. I had 2 bathrooms fully renovated and my outside shed repaired. He prices were very fair and the work was outstanding--very precise, professional finishes and does not cut corners with any of his work. Manuals crew came and worked on the electrical and painted. They were just as professional and worked diligently to complete the job in a timely manner. He is an honest and trustworthy person in which I would highly recommend to others.

I have a finished basement project at the moment and the guy I had was dragging his feet on my basement so I decided to look elsewhere to find someone who could do a meticulous and professional job on my stairs to my basement. And thanks to Thumbtack I found Manuel. He came in to look over my stair project and consulted with me over colors and finishes for what would best compliment my basement walls and trim, shot me a price and a timeframe of when job could be done as well. 2 days later I'm in awe of not only the craftsmanship but the professional manor in which this man carried himself. I really wish all contractors held up to their word like Manuel has done. Look forward to having him help out on my next home upgrade project. Update as of 6-12-17 HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!!! Manuel understood I had a massive project going on in the basement and he did initially come to save the day for me when I had another contractor dragging his feet on the floor tile and my stairs going into my basement. He personally suggested to swing by at a later point in time to refinish and touch up my stairs knowing they would need them as- like I mentioned- had a guy dragging his feet on the flooring downstairs. Well since then I have repeatedly been I touch with numerous times and he has turned out to be a nightmare to get a hold of to return to finish the job he started.

I made those stairs in June Come back a week later to fix Tile work on the wall fixing someone else job , I installed ,panted, baseboards and casing on the main room . In August I'd comeback to install casing and baseboards inside your office and gym room. January I built up for you a costume shelf going over you bar and I installed a electric chimney. Then you have family problems and you keep me on hold. So now I'm busy. Saying that doesn't sound like a scammer or bad contractor. Also you purchase the moulding in a place where you save a lot money because I have you the address. Not to mention I'd help you to fix a problem with previous flooded contractors to get couple thousand dollars. You welcome
