- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on assignment, type of service, location and length of service. Pricing will vary between $17 to $40 per man hour. We do require pre-payment for one time, short term temp assignments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss the process, come to a verbal agreement and sign a formal agreement outlining expectations and terms. Quick, easy and painless. A credit card may be required if this is a one time short term temp assignment.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ensure any provider is a licensed security agency in their state with insurance that names you as additional insured.
