Hi my Name is Nick Antonas owner of Mon-Clair Heating and Cooling, we are locally owned and operated. I have 20+ years of experiece in the HVAC industry. We are licensed and insured. We believe in doing quality work at an affordable price. We are an American Standard heating and Cooling dealer as well as a Mitsubishi Mini-Split dealer, but we work on all makes. We look forward to serving you for your residential and light commercial heating and cooling needs. We offer 10% off for military/First Responders and 5% off for Senior Citizens.

Mon-Clair Heating and Cooling did an excellent job. They showed up on time and quickly diagnosed what was needed on my very old furnace that had been off for two years. The technician cleaned the system, made the necessary adjustments, and got everything running again. I really appreciate that he focused on the repair and didn’t try to upsell anything. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an $90 service call fee to diagnose your issue. Parts and labor are extra. Standard 1" filter replacement is $10. We offer a 10% discount for Military and First Responders. We also offer a 5% discount for Senior citizens.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call the customer and set up an appointment for a 2 hour time block that meets their and our availability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a HVAC certificate from Jefferson College in Hillsboro MO which i received in the year 2000. I also carry a St. Louis County and City Journeyman's License.
