Was very responsive to my inquiry about getting a new condenser and coil setup for my mom. Came out, got to the house early, and got us a quote that is about average for what needed to be done. After that, a couple of days later, let me know he'd obtained the new unit. The next day, he came out and installed everything. Installation was done very well. Couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. It's hard to find good, honest companies out here, but Mont-Clair is definitely high on my list. Word of mouth, even on here, does wonders for a small business, and I'd definitely refer him to anyone else that has HVAC needs!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an $90 service call fee to diagnose your issue. Parts and labor are extra. Standard 1" filter replacement is $10. We offer a 10% discount for Military and First Responders. We also offer a 5% discount for Senior citizens.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call the customer and set up an appointment for a 2 hour time block that meets their and our availability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a HVAC certificate from Jefferson College in Hillsboro MO which i received in the year 2000. I also carry a St. Louis County and City Journeyman's License.
