Father & Son HVAC working together was impressive to me They were professional, honest, and very knowledgeable from start to finish. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly before beginning any work. The quality of their service was excellent, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before they left.

Our furnace stopped blowing air, pipes were frozen, hot Summer days. Nick came over same day, diagnosed that it was a bad capacitor and had a replacement in his truck that was installed within the first 10 mins of his arrival. It all works perfectly and at a far cheaper cost than I had feared. Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an $90 service call fee to diagnose your issue. Parts and labor are extra. Standard 1" filter replacement is $10. We offer a 10% discount for Military and First Responders. We also offer a 5% discount for Senior citizens.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call the customer and set up an appointment for a 2 hour time block that meets their and our availability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a HVAC certificate from Jefferson College in Hillsboro MO which i received in the year 2000. I also carry a St. Louis County and City Journeyman's License.
