From the time I called to the job being complete was about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Incredibly professional, had the part needed for the repair in his van. Price was VERY fair, especially for a Sunday morning. He also gave me a very good estimate for a complete unit replacement of my over 20 year old unit. I will be calling Baker for all my heating and A/C needs!

Any time I reached out to Baker he replied within minutes. He was very professional and was not only on time, but even a couple minutes early. He had the best rates that I found and he said he would be competitive if we found a lower cost, which we did not. He installed a new furnace for us and had it up and running as quickly as possible.
