What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is going to vary depending on the job and the customers specific needs and wants. We do offer used ramp systems and refurbished stairlifts that are going to be less costly. We have rental options available if that better suits your financial needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we will discuss your project in detail and then we will set up a no cost on-site evaluation with one of our certified technicians. The technician will meet with you, take measurements and will make sure all your needs are met. Once the evaluation is complete, we will draw up a quote and if you want to proceed with us, we can generally schedule the install within 48-72 hours depending on the job.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with disabled customers, veterans, customers that just want a ramp or stairlift to help them up and down the stairs.
