- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We’re very transparent when it comes to pricing. We charge hourly and only require a deposit to secure your time slot. We pride ourselves in not having hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer first reaches out to us, there are three things we need to know. What date and time works for you? How many rooms are you moving? What’s the distance between your locations? Once we have that information, we’ll be able to give you a quote. Once we enter into an agreement, we’ll be able to send you an invoice for the moving deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We provide all of our employees with the proper training to effectively handle all of your items. They have access to all of the resources they need to make your move go as smoothly as possible. Learning special techniques to maximize space while protecting valuable items came from years of hands on experience.
