- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer installation on every product we sell. Every price includes material and installation. We provide several a la carte options such as furniture, trim, demo, etc. for clients that need those additional services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are very flexible with clients' schedules and individual needs. We can come out to do an on-site survey of the area that you are looking to remodel. We can discuss flooring options while on-site and explain the differences in the individual types of flooring. If there you are unable to find a product you like from the consultant's collection, we have several stores to come in and browse a more extensive selection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installers go through a process when working for us; their work is inspected and tested before being sent to a client's home. At Creative Carpet & Flooring, we feel so confident in our installation process, that we offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY on labor. We would not be able to provide this if we were not 100% confident in our technician's abilities.
