    We had to have all of our floors throughout our church facility redone. Mark Jr provided us with a variety of samples with outstanding warranties. When the installation process was started, the installers were very courteous and professional in their actions and work. Cleanup was done continuously keeping the facility clean throughout the installation process. They installed LVT and carpet throughout the facility. Creative Carpet and their employees were a pleasure to do business with. I have and will continue to recommend them. Their quality of service was above outstanding.     If we could give Creative Carpet a higher rating than Outstanding, we would! Here's why we keep returning to Creative Carpet. We bought a piece of furniture from a large store in Orland Park that was clearly defective. After five calls to customer service and another to the salesman, no one bothered to respond to our inquiries. Next, we purchased a product at an office supply store in Frankfort, expecting delivery within two days. When it did not arrive, we placed four calls to the store and customer service and still no answers. The order was, in fact, cancelled in 10 days because the product was "out of stock." We placed an order with Steve at Creative Carpet, he called the next day to confirm, measurements were taken on the day promised, and an exceptional installation team completed the project as scheduled. If every business provided the same quality product and services as Creative Carpet, life would be a lot less stressful for the consumer. Thanks to Steve, the staff, owners Mark Sr. and Mark Jr., Creative Carpet has set a high level of quality and customer satisfaction in the south suburbs. We highly recommend Creative Carpet!     Mark Jr., being familiar with the heavy traffic flow in our house, recommended we choose between two hard working carpets.     The showroom has a large variety of flooring to fit every budget. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Our job was scheduled and completed quickly. Not All Flooring Is Created Equal!!! Make sure you talk to a qualified salesman to teach you the differences in each type. Not every type of flooring may work with the unique needs of your home.
