Quick work but fees not explained up front….repair was made without approval from me. Expect to pay a service charge for them coming and a diagnostic fee and then whatever he finds and fixes gets charged as well…

Thank you for your feedback. The repair was discussed, our technician was on-site for approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. In addition to reconnecting the loose wiring, he removed significant dust and debris from the exhaust piping and inducer motor, reconnected the exhaust pipe, and thoroughly tested the furnace, and blower. Out technician also provided information how to prevent this in the future with proper maintenance. Everything was operating properly when we left. The final cost was $ 239.00.
We always strive to clearly communicate the work being performed and ensure the system is fully operational before leaving.

Tech arrived at the start of the 2 hour window. Checked furnance and heat pump. Cleaned the heat pump coils. Showed me pictures of the coils and answered my questions on the best way to keep the coils clear. Highly satisfied with the maintenance call.

Jeremy, our technician, has been and was fantastic during our service. A month ago we had our general maintenance completed on our unit, all was well. Then on one of the hottest days of the year, the unit stops working. I reached out to TemperaturePro again and Jeremy was our assigned technician. He diagnosed the problem quickly, shared all relevant information and provided advice on how to care for our system moving forward. TemperaturePro and Jeremy are reliable and honest. Having dealt with lots of service companies for household projects and care, I can honestly say TemperaturePro is one of the best. An added plus is Our house is on its way to being cool again! I cant say enough good things about Jason and the team at Temperature Pro in Mokena! I was in a bind after buying a new water heater and needed it installed quickly before leaving on vacation. Even though they specialize in heating and air conditioning, Jason didnt hesitate to help.
