Our flat-rate prices enable us to take our time and do the job properly, and you'll never be surprised by the cost of service. We provide accurate estimates up front, and when there's a choice to be made between repair and replacement, we'll work with you to find the best option for your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
TemperaturePro makes sure our customers know what to expect every step of the way. Booking notifications, technician biography and picture, dispatch notification and technician real time tracking takes the guesswork out of who is coming and when they will arrive. Our staff wants to make you aware of what we are doing and what that means for your system. They love to educate our customers to take the mystery out of what is happening with your system and in your home. This way you will understand your options and can make a smart decision.
