Tech arrived at the start of the 2 hour window. Checked furnance and heat pump. Cleaned the heat pump coils. Showed me pictures of the coils and answered my questions on the best way to keep the coils clear. Highly satisfied with the maintenance call.

We had them come out to do a secondary quote for insulating some duct work (which two different companies said we needed). Their tech not only found the original issue but fixed it that day. Very professional and they were able to get to us promptly.

Jeremy, our technician, has been and was fantastic during our service. A month ago we had our general maintenance completed on our unit, all was well. Then on one of the hottest days of the year, the unit stops working. I reached out to TemperaturePro again and Jeremy was our assigned technician. He diagnosed the problem quickly, shared all relevant information and provided advice on how to care for our system moving forward. TemperaturePro and Jeremy are reliable and honest. Having dealt with lots of service companies for household projects and care, I can honestly say TemperaturePro is one of the best. An added plus is Our house is on its way to being cool again! I highly recommend Jeremy and TemperaturePro!

I can not express enough of how happy I am with the entire process. I was able to make my appointment quickly and not only were they inside my appointment window they called to see if I was available earlier. Jeremy showed up and was courteous, knowligable and made accurate diagnosis quickly and explained what it would take to remedy it. Overall the cost was fair, the time to repair was faster than expected and leaving the area cleaner than when he arrived. It was nice dealing with a company that was professional and didn't try to gouge you. I'll be a return customer. Thank you!
