During the sale of my Mother's home it was determined that Mold was present in the Lower half of the House. Kris came in to qualify the extent of the issue. Kris took readings and assisted in the appropriate remediation that was required by Servpro. Kris also came back to ensure that the Mold issue was resolved for the new owner of the house. Kris did the job within the short time frame required to ensure the sale of the house. I would recommend Kris to all potential customers.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Continual education is required by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation and the State of Illinois in order to renew my license every 2 years. Additionally, continual education is required for my yearly membership to InterNACHI which is an inspector's organization that insists its members are current on new and innovative construction concepts. Further, I am regularly researching new methods and materials used in the construction industry while heightening my skill set to remain a leader in my field.
