- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different so we have to look at the job to see current conditions of project in order to give a fair and honest price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to walk the project with customer and go over their concerns. Politely make any recommendations if needed, show samples of product and let them know exactly what we would do to repair the problem. Lastly, we’ll get an estimate over to them for approval to proceed with the repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have over 28 years of industry experience. I went through union apprenticeship training for 4 years when I got into the trades. I've been a foreman for a couple caulking contractors and ran numerous commercial and residential projects.
