Every quote includes labor, materials, and any applicable fees. I don’t cut corners, and I don’t believe in hidden costs. I also offer: Package discounts for multi-phase or bundled projects Referral discounts for returning customers or client referrals Flexible options to work within your budget without compromising on quality My goal is to deliver top-tier craftsmanship that fits your needs—without overcharging or upselling unnecessary work.
 - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact & Consultation We start with a quick phone call or in-person meeting to discuss your project goals, timeline, and budget. This helps me understand your vision and expectations. Site Visit & Assessment I schedule a visit to the property to evaluate the space, take measurements, and identify any potential challenges. This ensures a more accurate estimate and plan. Detailed Estimate & Proposal You’ll receive a clear, itemized estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, labor, timeline, and costs. I’m happy to walk you through every line so you feel confident moving forward. Planning & Scheduling Once the proposal is approved, we finalize the schedule and logistics. I’ll handle permits (if required) and coordinate any specialty trades needed for the job. Project Execution Work begins on the agreed date. I keep communication open throughout the project, provide regular updates, and ensure the job site is clean and safe. Final Walkthrough & Completion When the work is done, we walk through the finished project together to ensure everything meets your expectations. Any final touch-ups or adjustments are handled promptly. Follow-Up & Support I stand behind my work—if anything comes up after the job is complete, I’m just a call away.
