Carnell was absolutely fantastic to work with. He‘s incredibly professional, responsive, and patient. He came straight from a tough job and still stayed with us for hours removing a massive old heater down from our garage ceiling. It was an incredibly difficult task, but he never rushed or cut corners — he stayed until the job was completely finished, no matter how late it got. What really stood out was how methodical and thoughtful he was. Instead of just ripping the unit out and risking damage (or danger), he carefully thought through every step, anticipating issues we hadn’t even considered. He made sure the project was handled safely and correctly. On top of that, his pricing was fair and affordable, and his attitude was gracious throughout. Carnell went above and beyond everything we asked for, and we left feeling confident that we’d been in the most capable hands. We’ll absolutely be hiring him again in the future!
