We lost half of our power on a Sunday evening. Bryant responded to my request for service really quickly! Despite the weekend and hour, he came to try and help. Thinking it was a ComEd-related issue, I then called them. Unfortunately by their assessment, I needed to actually have the issue remediated by an electrician (old corroded wire in the meter box). I reached out to Bryant the next day, and he was back by Tuesday to make the necessary repairs (wire replacement), working outside in frigid 18° weather. He was timely, professional, and thorough. His prices were very fair. I will be using him again to help fix some wiring issues (changes & additions) in the future. Highly recommended!!
