What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
BDK Door offers free on-site estimates for all customers. One of our certified residential technicians will arrive at your property to fully assess your garage door and provide multiple quotes to help fix the problem. If you choose one of the options provided, our techs come with fully stocked trucks so they can fix the problem right then and there. If you need time to go over the options, we will leave free of charge!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive a new customer lead, Patty our residential dispatch rep. will contact them as soon as possible to get a free on-site estimate scheduled. Once we get the estimate scheduled, a member of our residential tech team will be dispatched to your address to begin the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our residential technicians have gone through an extensive training program and are all IDEA certified to work on garage doors.
