What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Reyes cleaning tries to meet everyone's expectation when it comes to pricing. We try our best to meet our budget for paying our employees and making sure the client is satisfied with their quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off by figuring out what type of cleaning they desire, provide a quote and set a date. After their first cleaning we like to work with them to set further dates in the future and fit their quote depending on monthly, biweekly or weekly cleanings.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner of Reyes Cleaning has been training in housekeeping for about 17-19 years as of today. She has been trained to clean both homes and commercial spaces. Her employees are trained for two weeks before they may start going off on their own.
