We had major issues with frozen pipes in our bathroom. They burst twice in 3 years. This winter we already had -30 degrees and we have no problems thanks to Robert and his team's indigenous and innovative solutions to our problem. They didn't just fit the pipes problem. They made our bathroom look amazing too. We would not hesitate using Robert and iRenovate again. His crew is amazing, he provides constant updates on progress, he thinks about your needs and makes the best possible solution for you for the budget you have. Highly recommend!

Robert was a pleasure to work with. He was very organized, responsive, and professional. His workers were on time, pleasant, and very patient with both our kids and dog throughout our reno. We added two bathrooms, updated another bath, refinished our flooring, installed new windows throughout, removed an existing wall to open up the floor plan, updated the majority of light fixtures, installed a new front door, painted throughout the home, wallpapered, new inner doors and hardware throughout, removed A LOT of wood paneling, and did tile work in the kitchen. Throughout all of this - Robert and his crew were great. Only minor issues came up - one being a stain color for a door that I didn't like and the other was that the flooring wasn't drying as quickly as to be expected. We would definitely use iRenovate again.

iRenovate,Inc provide both lump sum and open book type of delivery method of construction services, based upon client requirements. Written, detailed estimates, invoices, statements, change orders, meeting minutes, et.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
iRenovate, Inc arrange the initial visit to evaluate existing problems, client goals and objectives. Subsequent meeting is scheduled to provide solution concept for discussion, modification and acceptance. Construction phase follows.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 25 yrs of field experience on project of various scale as carpenter, roofer, site superintendent, project manager, general contractor, executive.
