My most common jobs are portraits and weddings, but I love getting out and working in different types of photography as well!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Choosing a photographer is a very personal choice. Most of my clients stay with me for all family photos, and we develop a friendship. I photograph weddings and portraits, so often I'm with a family starting engagement images, and later am photographing their babies. Be sure to make sure the photographer you choose has a consistent style and that you love their style.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
If I could tell clients one thing about custom photography, it is that our clients are the heart and soul of what we do. We aren't just taking a picture like the chain studios, or the shoot and burn photographers. We are capturing a moment in time that shows who you are. Then we are taking it home, and nurturing it into a piece of art specifically for you! Repeat clients are wonderful because we love watching you and your family grow, and seeing how you've changed at each session. It's not just business - it's a friendship.
