Introduction: I’m glad to have caught your attention. I’m Dimitri, an independent personal trainer offering 1 on 1 sessions at a private gym in both Northfield, and Mount Prospect, or your home/place of work. My hourly rate is $50-$90 depending on the location, and number of sessions purchased. I have experience working with clients of all ages, backgrounds, shapes, and sizes.
If your goals are to get toned, get stronger, lose fat or build muscle, well I’m excited since body transformation and strength training is my specialty. My goal is to provide you with a no-nonsense approach to achieving your goals, and bridge the gap between science and simplicity for you. Having acquired a degree in exercise science, as well as competing in bodybuilding and powerlifting, I believe in delivering guidance based on both knowledge and experience. Too many trainers today rely on just one or the other, taking their clients through ineffective routines that only deliver marginal, if any results over a long period of time.
