Dan-the Computerman advertised in the Yellow Pages so I called him to fix my computer that had been hacked. He came when he said he would, he worked to fix the problems, never stopped, as so many repair people do, and managed to get me back in service. It took several hours, but was very satisfactory. I have employed Dan Nelson before, and if the need occurs, would gladly do it again. He hits the ground running, solving your problems, and doing so much more to justify his fee. Our computer was completely unusable. We had encountered a virus, as well as some past configuration problems. I was most concerned about loosing files and photos. After researching several local people including Geek Squad, I picked Dan. He was prompt in returning my calls, and very easy to work with. Although I was very concerned, he was able to walk me through his process and within 48 hrs., I was back in business. He has continued to return my calls, just to make sure I was completely satisfied with his work. Thank-you Dan, and looking forward to working with you in the future.
