Dan-the Computerman advertised in the Yellow Pages so I called him to fix my computer that had been hacked. He came when he said he would, he worked to fix the problems, never stopped, as so many repair people do, and managed to get me back in service. It took several hours, but was very satisfactory. Our computer was completely unusable. We had encountered a virus, as well as some past configuration problems. I was most concerned about loosing files and photos. After researching several local people including Geek Squad, I picked Dan. He was prompt in returning my calls, and very easy to work with. Although I was very concerned, he was able to walk me through his process and within 48 hrs., I was back in business. - What types of customers have you worked with?I solve all common problems plaguing the computer owner today; hardware failure, viruses and ad-ware, hackers, spammers, glitches and snafus. I also install networks and solve technical problems for my clients involving phones and home entertainment.
