- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to price out each job as a per piece. I don't like to do hourly unless it's absolutely required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to call and text with the customer so I can have a better idea of what they are working on and it will help me give a more accurate quote. If I can't tell from the pictures I like to meet with the customer in person to see what they need help with
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self taught welder. Took one night class to fine tune my skills and the teacher asked why I bothered taking the class since I didn't need it.
