Working with Jesse has been the soul work I have been desperately searching for. I was able to to engage with the parts of myself that were unconscious rather than just analyzing them in talk therapy. In talk therapy we would just come up with strategies that kept me circling in my patterns. With Jess I was able to slow down and be present with the tuff feelings and energies in my body. Before I was constantly avoiding my experience and the calling of the soul. I didn’t have the skills to navigate from a place of self. I was being tossed around by the values I identified with but were not my own. I have been able to develop a deeper relationship with my inner child and create a stronger sense of self while separating value systems instilled in me. Jess has a deep curiosity in the persons experience and empathy for the process of navigating being a human. She is very relatable and down to earth which made it easy to open up and to trust her. With her depth psychological background and somatic approach it has always felt like a safe container that is attuned to honoring what the unconscious is bringing up to be lived and witnessed.
