My HVAC system died at my yoga studio on a night it was below zero. it was well after 8 PM and I immediately went onto Thumbtack in a state of panic knowing i had early classes the next morning. KC from one hour responded immediately to my request and he was very helpful and reassuring. By the next morning he had a technician out to my studio and it was fixed by that afternoon. Rami the technician worked very fast and diligently. My unit is on the roof and he was up there in freezing temperatures! I highly recommend them for commercial HVAC situations! KC even came to my studio to explain exactly what parts were needed and helped me understand the pricing. you should definitely use them just be patient with their customer service people 🥴

I couldnt be happier with my new furnace installation. After my old unit failed in middle of winter. I called multiple companies to give a quote, one company pressured us so much we were very put off the by whole process. I called Onehour and Krunal, the manager, came that night to assess the situation. He provided us with a fair and transparent quote without feeling like we were being pressured. Krunal and the technicians arrived the next day with a new furnace and were incredibly professional.We also decided to get the oxyquantum LED and electronic air filter.The difference in my home's comfort and air quality was noticeable within the hour.If you are looking for reliable and personable HVAC service, I highly recommend this team for their expertise and exceptional customer service!
